The new rules about cleaning!

That’s right, new from the CDC…..cleaning with a household cleaner that contains soap or detergent reduces the number of germs on surfaces and decreases the risk of most virus particles. Unless a person in your household is sick disinfection at home is likely not needed. However, this does not mean you should not clean and disinfect your home if you have had visitors or do this especially for people in your household who are more likely to get very sick from Covid-19. Don’t hesitate to ask unvaccinated visitors to wear a mask or following the guidelines for preventing the spread of the virus. It would be advisable to continue washing your hands often especially if you are returning from outside activities. More on precautions in future blogs.
