Made a mess and have to clean it up? Here are some tips for a quick clean up. First, let’s get motivated. Turn on some soothing music, and chill the wine. Put something back where it belongs. (Anything.) Reward yourself. Call a friend to come over to help. Offer a glass of wine. One can wipe down the countertops; one can wipe the face of your appliances, microwave, dishwasher etc. Don’t forget the stovetop. Clean in and around the sink. Pick up all those things lying on the floor. Do a quick dust mop and a vacuum. Put the dirty dishes in the sink with warm soapy water. Have another glass of wine. Wash those dirty dishes and put them away. Come back to that microwave and put a cup of water inside and heat until it’s boiling hot. While waiting for the water to boil both of you can have a glass of wine. When the hot water has created enough moisture simply wipe the inside with a damp cloth. Now by this time, everything will be funny and instead of worrying about cleaning you will be having a great time.
